BATH ICE and SLICE is a small but established company specialising in high quality wedding and celebration cakes.

I have been professionally college trained and gained an IMA Certificate.
Since leaving college, and now with many years experience, I have expanded my qualifications to skillfully use new modern products and techniques.
Each cake becomes an individual creation, which still thrills me to produce, it then occupies a unique focal point on your wedding day.

From cup cakes, luscious Belgium chocolate, Madeira sponge to brandied moist mature rich fruitcakes.

Whether traditional or art nouveau your individual wedding cake can be decorated in style with sugar, silk or fresh flowers. Co-ordinating colours and themes will create your dream in icing.
