County Bride Marketing Brochures
'Reaching the people who really count'
As well as providing opportunities for Wedding Service Providers to promote their services online via our 'Internet Wedding Directories', we also enable a targeted audience to be reached by way of our glossy Marketing Wedding Brochures. The brochures are produced and updated annually for a) 'Bath & Bristol' (covering the areas of Bath, NE Somerset, Bristol, S Gloucestershire and N Somerset) and b) 'Gloucestershire & Wiltshire' (covering the areas of Gloucestershire, SE Wales and Wiltshire).
In those areas we work closely with the local authorities who offer their full support to our initiative and provide the Foreword for the brochures.
Up to 10,000 Brochures are distributed in each area from vantage points such as Register Offices ('Bath' and 'Bristol'), Major Wedding Fayres (directly into the Bride's 'Goodie Bag!'), Libraries, Local Council Offices, Tourist Information Centres, Licensed Wedding Venues and Leisure Centres.
The function of the Brochure is not only to act as a stand-alone promotional tool for the advertisers who appear in it but also to
be a marketing aid for the promotion of the County Bride website.
It contains a limited amount of advertisers and is designed to fit
into the bride's handbag. There it can serve as a reminder of those businesses who feature in it - as well as being a prompt to visit the County Bride Internet Wedding Directory.
Having produced the first brochure some 10 years ago it is now instantly recognisable and is well received by both bride-to-be and outlet venues. Because of its unique directory style format - ie alphabetical categories and listings - brides have commented how much easier it is to find the services they are searching for when compared to brochures where advertisements are randomly located. The brochure has proved to be an effective addition to the County Bride website Directory in maximising the advertisers' exposure to future brides - where and when it matters.
