PARK HOTEL

Set in 5 acres of rural South Gloucestershire countryside and with its splendid gardens, it provides an ideal setting for the wedding photographs - and a beautiful backdrop to your day.

The Hotel is full of charm and character and dates back to the 18th century where the building was part of Tortworth Estate. It was then the Dowager House.

 
The House is steeped in history and was originally owned by the Ducies family. It was later owned by Colonel Murray whose horse Grey Lord and Vera his retriever dog, were laid to rest in the gardens. The headstone is dated 1931.

The Hotel is registered to hold Civil Ceremonies and we have a designated room where the wedding party can enjoy the beautiful views.

We can accommodate 75 guests for a wedding breakfast and up to 120 guests for an evening buffet.

Our bedrooms offer the guests a relaxing stay-over, with wonderful views from most of the rooms.

Wedding guests wishing to stay will be offered special accommodation rates, with a complimentary room for the Bride & Groom.
